Directions: Rinse thoroughly. Place in large container and cover completely with water. If consuming, add half a lemon. Let sit for 4-8 hours or overnight. Strain and rinse again. Blend with 2-3 cups of filtered water until smooth. For health: Consume as is or in a smoothie. For hair: apply directly to hair to moisturize and define curls or add to leave-in or deep conditioner as an enhanced treatment. Refrigerate and use within three weeks.
